Production & shipping times
Every item in the bodega is printed specifically for your order once payment is confirmed, so please allow a few extra days compared to off-the-shelf shopping. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, plus standard shipping time to your address. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves the print facility.
Returns & exchanges
Because each item is custom-printed for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or change of mind — all sales final, no shoes, no shirt, no service.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund you at no cost. Just email a photo of the issue to mattholden255@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it out.
